Join our private tour to explore this prestigious region, where you'll have the opportunity to visit world-renowned Champagne houses such as Moët & Chandon, Pommery, Veuve Clicquot, or Mercier, subject to availability, as well as smaller estates. 07:30 AM Departure from Paris We'll pick you up from your hotel. During the drive, our guide will provide you with general information about the history of Champagne and wine production in the region. It's approximately 140 km on the highway, with the journey taking about 2 hours, offering picturesque views of the Champagne landscapes and vineyards. 09:30 AM - 10:30 AM Unique Family Visit and Champagne Tasting Experience a local family producer of Champagne located atop the hills with stunning panoramic views of the vineyards. Enjoy a guided tour of the cellars and production section by a family member or their team, where you'll learn about the Champagne-making process and taste 3 glasses of Champagne. 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM Visiting the Grave of Dom Pérignon and the Best Panoramic View Travel to Hautvillers, where an influential abbey once stood. One of the monks of the abbey made an unforgettable contribution to the study of winemaking and the invention of Champagne. The name is probably familiar to you - Dom Pérignon. 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM Visit to a Prestige Champagne House with a Guided Tour Arrive in Epernay and visit Moët et Chandon, with a guided tour through their underground cellars and Champagne tasting of 2 glasses: Moët Impérial and Rosé Impérial. Moët et Chandon is the largest Champagne producer with every second bottle of Moët et Chandon Champagne being opened worldwide. Note: We strive to book Moët et Chandon, but if unavailable, an equivalent Champagne house tour will be arranged. 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM Lunch Break in Épernay We can make a reservation at a good local restaurant for you. 2:40 PM - 4:00 PM Visit to Pressoria Museum Explore the Pressoria Museum in Ay village, which tells the history of the Champagne region and Champagne production, along with a Champagne tasting of 2 glasses. 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM Return to Paris Drop off at your hotel. *Please note that it is cold in the cellars, and it is advisable to bring some warm clothes with you.
Cancellation Policy
By making a booking, you agree to the Cancellation policy and acknowledge that all services are provided as-is. 1. For cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure, we offer a full refund, less a 10% bank or payment service fee and a 15 % handling charge. 2. Non-Refundable Services • All services provided, whether in full or part, during your tour are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance for failure to join the tour, unused tour bookings, any other services not utilized, or for a partially completed vacation. 3. Dissatisfaction and Personal Expectations • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations, including but not limited to, the structure of the tour, the guiding approach, or the presence and conduct of tour guides, will not be considered a valid reason for a refund. 4. Cancellation by the Travel Agency • In the event of cancellation initiated by Tour Up In Europe, a full refund on the tours, including credit card fees, will be provided. 5. Adverse Weather Conditions • In the event that the Customer chooses to cancel any excursions or activities included in their contract with Tour Up In Europe due to adverse weather conditions, no refund or compensation will be provided for the affected arrangement or service. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
